John lee Jeffrey – Managing Director

John Lee started working in the security industry in 1998, and quickly moved upthe ranks, into staff management by 2001. he learned and gained experience with a National company as a Regional Manager until 2003, when he formed his own company. Initially this was known as Border City Security, but was quickly changed and established as a ltd company, and so began the birth of Pro-Tect UK.
John Lee is highly trained & experienced in the close protection sector, as well as trained in security management and surveilance operations. He is very hands on when it comes to high profile clients and tasks, and takes an active role in managing the security of the more demanding contracts.

Joanne Queen – Quality Assurance Manager

Jo is the one who keeps the wheels turning in the Pro-Tect UK office. Jo joined the company in 2008, originally carrying out the day to day tasks associated with the running of the office. In 2013 Jo’s title was changed to Office Manager, and in turn was given responsibility for all payroll, invoicing & finance tasks.

Geoff Devlin – Operations Manager

Geoff has over 15 years extensive experience in the security & door supervision sector, having worked with Pro-Tect UK since establishment. Geoff initially began as an Area Manager on a part time basis, but soon moved into senior management and now oversees the company operations and day to day running.

Joseph Tuscevanni – Events Manager

Joe has worked with the company since 2008 as our Training Director, overseeing our training company requirements. In 2009 Joe was enrolled as a supervisor for our events sector, and was soon promoted to Events Manager. He works closely with our events clients, and has an excellent rapport with local authorities wherever he manages events.

Nicola Burr – Area Business Manager (Manned Guarding Division)

Nicola began working with the company in 2018, in the events and doors sector. During this time she was also working as a supervisor for a national company in the energy sector. Nicola applied for a managers position within our company in mid 2019, and was given the position of Area Business Manager, overseeing our Manned Guarding division and the Keyholding division.

David Paterson – Control Room Manager

David has over 20 years experience in the security industry, across a wide range of sectors. originally working in the manned guarding division, dave then moved across to work in our control room, and bring his experience in to assist in the running of this. Dave is responsible for the day to day running of the control room, dealing with Rotas, paperwork, alarm calls outs, patrol logging and also overseeing our lone worker checking systems.

Ruth Ramsay – Personnel Manager

Ruth has now worked with us for 5 years. she is a welcome addition to our office team, and is very hands on and organised with the paperwork systems. she is responsible for Vetting and screening of new staff, as well as timesheet collations and all course bookings for our training centre.

in addition to all of this, she also makes a great cup of coffee!!
