The director will take overall responsibility for the strategic management of equal opportunities at Pro-Tect UK. The equal opportunities manager is responsible for the operational management of equal opportunities. Line managers are responsible for the development of equal opportunities in each of their areas as appropriate and will be responsible for ensuring that staffs adhere to procedures.
Equal opportunities development at Pro-Tect UK will be systematically monitored and reviewed by the equal opportunities advisory group and findings acted upon.
